FAQs
Yes! We do offer a range of items that DON’T contain nuts. Please be advised that while nut free products are available, they are made in a kitchen that also produces products that DO include nuts, so cross contamination can occur. We cannot be held responsible for allergic outbreaks.
Unfortunately at this time we will not be taking requests for Bento Cakes. While we have Bentos available in shop they are sold as pre-designed items and due to their small size are not customizable. This includes requests for adding additional writing such as numbers or messages.
Sadly at this moment in time we do not offer dairy free items. Our products rely heavily on dairy and we are not able to substitute them for ingredients that do not contain dairy.
While we have croissants available on the daily it is strongly advised that if wishing to place an order that exceeds twelve or more pieces that a minimum of 72 hours notice is given. Our croissant dough is a three day process, and any requests with less than the 72 hour notice we will not be able to accommodate.
